Some products might be shipped separately
Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send a pair of shoes in special packaging. Obviously, a dress won't fit in there.
Note: If you require faster shipping there's always a possibility to expedite your order via DHL, FedEx or other major international parcel services for an extra cost.
Custom Fees Notice
Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees.
The following applies to all women related apparels, clothing, shoes and accessories and imported items.
Exact delivery time may be longer or shorter depending on the destination. We will always choose the fastest possible delivery method considering the benefit factor of our promise "Free Shipping".
Please consider the following shipping time frames:
- All USA shipments will be delivered between 12 and 22 business days
- All CANADA shipments will be delivered between 16 and 26
business days
- All other countries vary between 15 and 60
business days
Note: If you require faster shipping there's always a possibility to ship your order
expedited via DHL, FedEx or other major international parcel services for an extra cost.
A tracking number is always provided.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
We have a 4 step order process:
| Verification | A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. |
| Processing | It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. |
| Shipping | Shipment takes 3-10 business days to arrive, please refer to the table above for various shipping times to international destinations. |
