bitpix.io will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause. In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it - bitpix.io would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipients address. In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch." If the customer is unable to locate the package we will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. If you'd like to file a claim with the courier for reimbursement, bitpix.io customer support can assist you in this process - however, be mindful that claims through USPS, FedEx, DHL or other can often take several weeks before being resolved or refunded.
Since carriers calculate live delivery mainly by the zip or postal code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 30 days you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.

bitpix.io processes and charges orders in US currency (USD). Note that the currency conversions provided on our website are approximations based on the most current exchange rates. These rates may differ from those actually used by your card provider. Purchases may also be subject to currency conversion fees levied by your bank.
It depends on where you are. Exact delivery time may be longer or shorter depending on the destination. We will always choose the fastest possible delivery method considering the benefit factor of our promise "Free Shipping". Please consider the following shipping time frames: - All USA shipments will be delivered between 12 and 22 business days. - All CANADA shipments will be delivered between 16 and 26 business days. - All other countries vary between 15 and 60 business days. Note: If you require faster shipping there's always a possibility to ship your order expedited via DHL, FedEx or other major international parcel services for an extra cost. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your that your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you've got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.
